Refund Policy

1. Guarantee

Professional execution per Google Webmaster Guidelines. Revisions included if deliverables miss specifications.

2. Eligibility

Full refund if we cannot begin. No refund for ranking outcomes (depend on external factors) or after delivery of audits/strategies.

3. Process

Email info@seomarketingtoolkit.com within 14 days. Stripe refund: 5-10 business days.

4. Minimum Periods

3/6/12 months per plan. Early cancellation: remaining fees due unless quality issue documented.

5. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal for services not begun (Codice del Consumo, D.lgs. 206/2005). Waived once work commences with consent (Art. 59(a)).
